2025 was a defining year for VentureStudio. We exceeded our business targets and growth forecasts, even as many companies slowed down during the year-end holiday period. While others paused, our team stayed focused. We ended off by closing high-impact projects and helping clients secure and execute meaningful marketing deals that delivered real results.

VentureStudio Q4 2025 Business Report marked a major turning point for us. Beyond revenue growth, VentureStudio matured as an organisation. We scaled our operations, operated with a lean team of four full-time staff, and took on more complex, higher-stakes work with greater confidence and discipline.


During this phase, branding naturally emerged as a core pillar of our marketing services. As an international marketing agency, we are currently in talks and working with more international clients interested in entering Singapore.


Through our work, we saw a recurring pattern: many growth challenges are not caused by insufficient advertising spend, but by unclear positioning and weak brand foundations. This is a problem our clients clearly recognise and one they trust VentureStudio to solve.


Looking ahead to 2026, we aim to collaborate more closely with fintech companies and government agencies, delivering distinctive creative work while continuing to raise the standard and quality of what we produce.

In Q4 2025, we made a strategic shift from primarily offering one-off services to focusing on monthly contract-based engagements. This pivot has significantly improved the predictability of our revenue, providing us with clearer visibility over the next 3 to 6 months. As a result, we’re now able to plan resources more effectively, manage team capacity with confidence, and deliver more consistent outcomes for our clients.

For business owners with recurring marketing needs, we offer monthly contract services covering marketing strategy, media production, social media management, and event organisation, so you can focus on growth while we handle execution.

For clients who still require one-off services, we introduced fixed-rate pricing. This enabled us to simplify conversations, expedite decision-making, and close deals more efficiently.


By reducing pricing friction and streamlining our sales process, we moved away from highly bespoke marketing work and toward a clearer, standardised pricing model that is easy to understand and easy to buy.


This combination of predictable monthly contracts and straightforward fixed-rate offerings has strengthened our operational stability while allowing us to focus on higher-impact work.


Media Production


Q4 2025 marked a major milestone for VentureStudio’s media production capabilities, highlighted by the completion of our latest TV commercial project for Geniebook in October 2025.


This project was one of our most ambitious productions to date. It involved over 15 crew members across creative, production, and technical roles, and required nearly three months of end-to-end planning and execution from concept development and pre-production planning to filming and post-production delivery.


Beyond the final output, this project represented a significant step forward for us operationally. Managing a larger crew, tighter timelines, and higher production standards pushed our team to level up in leadership, coordination, and decision-making. We refined our production workflows, strengthened on-set communication, and improved how we translate creative ideas into executable plans at scale.


The Geniebook TVC also reinforced the importance of alignment between brand storytelling and production execution. Every creative decision from scripting and shot composition to pacing and post-production was made with the brand’s positioning and audience in mind. Allowing us to deliver not just a visually strong commercial, but one that supported real brand objectives.

Wrapping up this project, it was incredibly rewarding to see the results of our collective effort come to life across bus stops, online advertisements, and shopping malls. Seeing the campaign live in public spaces affirmed the months of planning, coordination, and creative work behind it. We’re deeply thankful for the opportunity to deliver this project and for the trust placed in VentureStudio to bring the vision to life.

In Q4 2025, our Digital Marketing service line has solidified its role as the engine for client growth post-launch. We have successfully transitioned from being a launchpad for new digital identities to becoming a strategic partner for scalable, data-driven audience expansion.


This quarter was defined by operational excellence in web design and demonstrable performance in user growth, proving our integrated "Build, Launch, Grow" methodology.


Our web design work at VentureStudio is now more structured. We can complete most client requirements within 2–4 weeks. SEO results have also improved as we post content faster and build backlinks more consistently. This helps our clients get better performance, not just better-looking websites.”

More new clients request us for active launched campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.


At the same time, our advertising approach evolved. While paid ads continued to deliver results, we increasingly guided clients to pair advertising with stronger organic content strategies.

Meta Ads

Meta’s new AI is changing the advertising game. Across multiple accounts, we saw stronger engagement, better ad efficiency, and higher audience trust when paid campaigns were supported by consistent, authentic organic content. As a result, we now actively guide clients to invest more in organic content alongside ad spend to drive sustainable results.


This quarter highlighted a clear industry shift. With advanced AI-driven optimisation in Meta Ads, advertising is no longer about manual targeting. Performance now depends heavily on creative quality, clear messaging, and content volume. Strong brand assets and high-performing creatives matter more than complex technical setups.

We’re currently taking time to build and document our social media work more intentionally. As part of this phase, we’re opening up a limited number of projects at reduced rates, not as a promotion, but as a way to collaborate, learn, and create meaningful case studies together.


With the addition of our new full-time Creative Director, VentureStudio is now fully equipped to cover every aspect of creative work across social media. From compelling visuals and storytelling to strategic campaign design, we can bring ideas to life in a way that truly resonates with audiences.


As we’ve seen with the rapid changes in social media and advertising, having a strong online presence, both for personal branding and business branding, has become essential for success. It’s no longer optional; it’s the stage where brands are discovered, remembered, and trusted.

On 1st November, VentureStudio successfully delivered our first theme-based event project. We supported our client with the planning and execution of a Halloween-themed setup, managing the overall visual direction, decorative design, and on-site coordination in preparation for the event.


This project marked a new learning curve for us in Q4, as we expanded beyond our core marketing services into event management. It challenged our team to think differently, balancing creativity with logistics, timelines, and real-world execution.

After the day ended, the team gathered together for a simple but lovely Thai supper (sadly not McDonald’s like in the picture; we missed the chance to capture that moment).


Although the work was ridiculously tiring, it was deeply fulfilling. Watching everything come together, sharing laughter over food, and knowing we pulled it off as a team reminded us why we do what we do. Moments like these, quiet, unglamorous, and shared, are what truly define the journey we’re building at VentureStudio.

Q4 2025 marked a defining period for VentureStudio, as we strengthened and stabilised many of our core service offerings with the support of our dedicated team. Our media production and digital marketing services continued to perform consistently, providing a strong operational foundation while the founders branched out into more complex and unique creative projects.


Reflecting on this phase of growth, Co-Founder Edmund Chong shared:

“If you were to ask me what kind of projects we would be doing in 2026, I honestly wouldn’t have expected it to be this serious. It’s been a huge learning curve—expanding the team, managing growth, and growing together.”
